There are no fixed number of days you need to book for or any fixed transfer days. Simply mutiply the daily tariff by the number of days you would like to book. Please contact me for an exact quote.

A £60 deposit is required within 7 days to secure the booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before departure.

A refundable £60 deposit is required to be paid at the same time as the balance to insure against any damages or breakages.

The keys are posted to you 2 weeks before your holiday, and the deposit is refunded as soon as the keys arrive back.

The rental is fully inclusive of use of pool, electricity, water, TV.

Local cleaning charge is £35.

Airport can be arranged from both Alicante and Murcia airports for 40.00 euros each way.
